§ 1.
From 1 May 2018, video surveillance is introduced on the premises of Sports Advantage S.A. by recording images using CCTV cameras installed in circulation routes, passageways, corridors, production halls and the areas surrounding the buildings.
§ 2.
The purpose of introducing surveillance using image-recording devices is to ensure security, protect trade secrets and reduce theft.
§ 3.
Image recording using CCTV cameras shall not infringe the right to privacy, dignity or other personal rights whose protection is required under Article 11¹ of the Labour Code.
§ 4.
The processing of data obtained in this way and its appropriate security shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. Images recorded on data carriers may constitute evidence in employee-related and other matters documented by the recordings. Data shall be stored on media for 30 consecutive days from the date of recording. After this period, recordings shall be overwritten by ongoing recording. Recorded images constituting evidence in a case may be retained until the matter is resolved. Media constituting evidence in a case shall be labelled and stored by an authorised employee.
§ 5.
Information on the use of surveillance and the possibility of processing and storing data recorded on information media shall be provided individually to each employee in writing, with the employee confirming receipt. Such information shall be retained in the employee’s personnel file.
