The council chamber of Bielsko-Biała City Hall was filled with outstanding representatives of the sporting world during the ceremonial presentation of the city awards. The top honour in the “Team of the Year” category went to Beskidzki Klub Tenisowy Advantage Bielsko-Biała, which triumphed in the Polish Team Championships last season.
Club president Piotr Szczypka accepted the Harnaś statuette on behalf of the team. This special distinction confirms the excellent work of the entire BKT Advantage tennis community – players, coaches, training staff and everyone involved in the club’s day-to-day operations.
Sporting and organisational success
The past year was a time of great sporting excitement and historic achievements for BKT Advantage. Victory in the Polish Team Championships confirmed the club’s place among the country’s elite and strengthened its position as one of the most important tennis centres in the region.
Another source of pride is the individual “Coach of the Year” award received by BKT Advantage Head Coach Jaroslav Machovsky. It is further proof of the high quality of training and professionalism that have formed the foundation of the club’s activities for years.

Katarzyna Kawa – a BKT Advantage representative who has successfully competed on the international stage for many years – also received recognition in the “Athlete of the Year” category. Her achievements and commitment are an inspiration to the younger players training at the club.
