On 13–14 December, the Polish Team Championships finals will be held on the courts at 20 Ceramiczna Street in Bielsko-Biała, featuring the four best teams in the country.
The Final Four event will be organised by the Polish Tennis Association and hosted by Bielsko-Biała. The competition will take place at BKT Advantage’s club facilities at 20 Ceramiczna Street, located in the picturesque 2.5-hectare Rosta Park. The players will compete on carpet courts using Tretorn Serie+ Control balls.
BKT Advantage finished first in Group A during the regular phase. Group B was won by WKT Grunwald Poznań. Their semi-final opponents will be KS Górnik Bytom and Come-On Wrocław. The Bielsko-Biała team are the defending champions, while the other three clubs will make their Final Four debuts.
Friday is reserved for official practice. The captains’ meeting and draw will take place the same day at 6:00 p.m. Saturday’s semi-finals, played simultaneously on four courts, are scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. Sunday’s third-place match will start at 10:00 a.m. on two courts, with the final beginning at 11:00 a.m. on two courts.
The deadline for submitting team line-ups – a maximum of five players – is 8 December at 3:00 p.m. We will then know who will ultimately compete in the Final Four. Captains will still be able to make one change from among their club’s players until 12 December.
– The battle for the title featuring Poland’s leading male and female tennis players is not all we have planned. There will also be a St Nicholas Siro Kids Cup tournament for children under eight, as well as meetings for the youngest fans with Final Four participants – says tournament director and Polish Tennis Association (PZT) board member Aleksandra Musiał.
Admission to the stands will be free. We can expect some of Poland’s leading tennis players among the participants, particularly members of the LOTTO PZT Team. The final Final Four line-ups will be announced through the PZT’s social media channels.
